An excited opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join a renowned medical clinic in Central London.
We’re looking for someone with a proven background in marketing and the ability to develop an effective strategy to achieve company goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience marketing within a sensitive industry and be able to elevate the company brand through the digital marketing mix. You will take the lead in executing on tactical and operational elements of the marketing strategy and plan with a primary focus to generate leads for new patient activity, building brand awareness and credibility.
Main Responsibilities:
Digital marketing and ownership of CRM (HubSpot)
Campaign planning and management across the marketing mix
Ongoing management of company websites including SEO
Social media management across 4 social channels ( FB, Insta, Twitter, LI)
Online content creation – planning and execution
Organisation of occasional and low level in clinic events
Assist Marketing Director and agency with paid search and lead generation planning and supporting the business with KPI growth targets
Marketing performance reports on monthly basis
Knowledge and Experience Required:
Experienced in B2C with a strong digital focus
Implementation of CRM programmes, understanding CRM platforms and work flow generation eg HubSpot, salesforce
Copywriting for digital channels
Creating and delivering social media strategies and negotiating with influencers
Managing agencies
Content population and CMS web platforms
Degree educated in Marketing or equivalent professional experience
CIM or other professional marketing qualification desirable
Benefits:
Salary £40-55k DOE
23 days annual leave excluding the bank holidays, plus accrual based upon length of service
