Job description
We are looking for a Front Of House Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be friendly and outgoing, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with a diverse range of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Be Barista & Bar trained, role involves serving alcohol
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-25 per week
Salary: £8.00-£10.42 per hour
