About us
Dos Sombreros opened its doors in the spring of 2012 in the heart of the bustling south lanes of Brighton. Our Mexican restaurant serves up sizzling fajitas and margaritas all year round.
Dos Sombreros is looking for a part-time Waiter/Waitress to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and staff
Maintain a clean and orderly restaurant
Assist the cook with any task necessary
Maintain proper inventory control
Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly
Check out all guests and inform them of any additional service or product they may need
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products offered
Follow all health and safety regulations
Restock, clean, and maintain the front restaurant and back bar area
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Complete all tasks assigned by the manager and or cook
Assist in maintaining the sanitation of the restaurant at all times.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions independently as well as within a team environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
