**Job Description:**

Are you customer-focused and have a keen eye for detail? Resident X is seeking a confident and driven individual to join our team as Floor Staff. As a Floor Staff member, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the venue, and providing support to the bar staff as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and providing assistance as required.

- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

- Monitor and replenish supplies, ensuring that the venue is well-stocked and presentable at all times.

- Collaborate with the bar staff to assist with odd jobs.

- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and hygiene standards.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates, report issues, and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Attend training sessions and staff meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in customer service for 1 year minimum is required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the venue is well-maintained and presentable at all times.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
