About us
Pokéwaves is looking for enthusiastic team player to join our busy station within victoria centre shopping mall in Nottingham. We are a healthy fast food kiosk serving poke bowl/sushi bowl with fresh and healthy ingredients, we strive to bring high quality healthy food to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and handling, following all food safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with catering and banquet events as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
