Floor Staff
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist with food handling
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Set up and clean banquet and dining areas before and after events
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with catering and event setup as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
