- Demonstrate a good product knowledge of the food and wine
- Passionate about customer service and have ambition to grow and develop professionally
- Enjoy supporting the Management team in creating personalised interaction with the guests
- Have the ability to present information clearly and with confidence
- Able to follow the guidelines and prioritise workload
- Experience behind the Bar is preferable but not essential
