- Passionate about customer service and have ambition to grow and develop professionally
- Possess a thorough understanding of the business to lead team members by example
- Organised and happy to lead the operations during service
- Communicate effectively with senior management to ensure transparency on all matters.
- Enjoy supporting General Manager in creating exceptional, personalised interaction with the guests
- Passionate about food and wine
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all team members are highly motivated and work towards key business objectives, using incentives
- To effectively manage the restaurant team, maintaining a healthy working environment through positive and enthusiastic interaction with staff, colleagues, and guests.
- To take opportunities and be part of decision-making process in order to present ideas and solutions
