Snax in the City (est. 2003) a busy, independent catering cafe, located in Belfast City Centre, is extending its premises. We need to recruit an additional manager who, with the support of the office manager, will run the cafe and catering business.

Key roles

· Working alongside an established capable team to offer excellent service front of house.

· Providing support and direction to back of House.

· Overseeing the delivery of all catering to local businesses

· Ensuring company standards and procedures are maintained.

· Ensure all aspects of HACCP are adhered to throughout the cafe and kitchen.

· Oversee ordering and costs.

· Training and developing staff performance.

· Money management

· Interviewing and assessing trials

· Being proactive in the development of the business

Office support in absence of Manager

What we are looking for:

· A positive, organised can do attitude.

· 5 years in a supervisory experience

· 3 years management experience in hospitality

· Third level education

· Excellent communication skills and ability to offer a friendly service.

· A proven ability to manage staff in a supportive manner that ensures high levels of service and staff retention.

· Experience in food production back of house

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
