Location: London

Rate of pay: £15.13 per hour *including Holiday (£13.50ph + £1.63 holiday)

Working pattern: Shifts Available Monday to Friday
Two weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities:

A Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.

Job Purpose

Meeting and greeting
Accurate reservations of meeting rooms using a computerised booking system
Organising catering and audio visual equipment – occasionally assisting with setting up the rooms
Checking the meeting rooms are ready for the next meeting
Switchboard duties
Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service – going the ‘extra mile’ when the opportunity arises.
