Zero hours per week - As and When Required Working Arrangements Standard Working Arrangements are £20374.87 Whole Time Equivalent pro-rated
We are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals to join our administration and clerical bank to provide a high quality administration service to users across all UHDB sites.
Our placements are generally for a maximum of 3 months in duration, with most requiring a commitment to work between the hours of 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday - work patterns vary from full to part time hours. We are keen to encourage applicants with good levels of availability during these hours, as weekend and evening placements are rarely available.
Examples of duties include a wide variety of administration duties according to the role being covered and may include telephone work, monitoring and management of shared mailboxes, data input, reception work, secretarial support, arranging meetings and preparation of documentation.
