Job introduction
Would you like to work locally for a reliable organisation providing a valuable service to residents? Drivers needed for Brighton & Hove City Council Refuse and Recycling service.
About the role
Drivers needed to drive Waste Collection vehicles for Brighton & Hove City council. You will be responsible for ensuring you and your crew work in a safe and organised manner. You will hold a C category Drivers Licence and a valid CPC card and have a positive, customer focused approach to your work.

We have two shifts available; the AM (start 7.00am to 3.42pm) and the PM shift (12.30pm to 9.12pm).
Salary break down as follows:
Basic pay banded scale 6 - £27,852 to £29,439
plus £4,517 to £4,774 contracted overtime allowance
plus £1085 Market Supplement allowance
plus any overtime/enhancements

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
