About The Role
The Foxtons Fleet department is responsible for purchasing, servicing, valeting, and maintaining our entire fleet of approximately 900 vehicles. Foxtons has an impressive fleet including a range of vehicles, from our distinctively branded Mini’s to a variety of hybrid and electric vehicles.
As a Fleet Driver you will help with the smooth running of vehicle collection and delivery across our 60 plus offices to enable our teams to continuously deliver an exceptional service to our customers. This involves collecting vehicles from Foxtons employees for services and MOTs or in the case of accidental damage, and delivering the cars back to them once the relevant work has been carried out.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are roadworthy before returning them to colleagues and assisting our team of Fleet Co-ordinators with various checks before vehicles are returned to leasing companies. In addition, you will help maintain our busy car park by making sure cars are correctly parked and that the area is kept clear for ease of access. You will also support the Fleet Manager and Director of Fleet and Logistics with allocating new starters their company cars during our Foxtons induction programme.
About You
As a Fleet Driver you will need a full, clean, manual driving licence and at least one year’s driving experience. Our Fleet Drivers spend a lot of their time interacting with other employees across the business so you will have an enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills. Confidence driving all types of cars and vans (this includes manual and automatic vehicles) is critical as well as the ability to work in a team or alone. A knowledge of London would be beneficial and you should be comfortable working to deadlines.
