Fleet Administrator

Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role
As a Fleet Administrator, you will be part of a Fleet Team responsible for the daily management of the vehicle fleet for the company. You will help support the day to day operations of the team by providing a wide-ranging area of administration support.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to:
· Support the Fleet Managers to help manage & coordinate breakdowns to minimize downtime of our teams
· Maintain our internal asset management system
· Order Fuel Cards for the business
· Check vehicles on delivery
· Manage the uploading of driver license mandates to the system
· Raise Purchase Orders
· Complete jeopardy reporting
· Control defects raised by teams and resolve them
· Provide general administration support to the fleet team
Experience and Qualifications
· Relevant experience in an administrative role
· Firm understanding of “right first time”
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
