Vertu Sunderland is looking for a Fleet Administrator.
Your role
As our Fleet Administrator your day to day duties will include establishing vehicle availability in line with customer requests, compiling stock lists, with pricing where required to support tactical sales, arranging vehicle deliveries, preparing and completing all relevant paperwork ensuring a smooth process for the delivery of all customer vehicles takes place.
You will be passionate about our customers and products, always acting with integrity and professionalism and be the first point of call for customer queries ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm.
Your profile
Applicants must have previous experience as an Administrator within the motor industry whether that is at a dealership or working in an office-based role and a good knowledge of Excel.
