THE ROLE
As a Flame Artist at Black Kite you'll be responsible for creating visual effects and other images for high-end advertising projects. You'll composite the numerous elements to complete visual effects shots including live-action, CG and 2D elements.
You'll be working directly with Directors and Clients on complex VFX projects for our clients requiring a high level of finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make OUTSTANDING creative work.
- Work with the Production team to win projects and develop client relationships.
- Provide support and mentor our creative talent.
- Take ownership when pitching and bidding on projects to execute high-end creative treatments.
- Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team.
- Deliver projects that look visually outstanding on time and on budget.
- Inspire a culture of creative innovation.
ABOUT YOU
- An excellent working knowledge of Flame.
- Experience leading or mentoring other artists.
- Able to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A pro-active and collaborative work ethic.
- A strong eye for detail, composition, colour and lighting.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve.
- A working knowledge of the overall VFX pipeline.
