Job description
Bliss Aviation Ltd Based in Bournemouth are seeking a restricted or unrestricted Flight Instructor who loves aviation and can share their passion with students. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate aeronautical knowledge to students as well as monitor student progress and correct errors. We are committed to the development of all of our Flight Instructors, so the successful candidate will regularly receive training.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate safety to students by following all CAA and company regulations.
- Set up the equipment properly before each flight lesson.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections on aircraft.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and other pilots.
- Review student's performance during flights and offer constructive feedback.
- Be able to instruct on all aspects of flight as required by the company guidelines.
