We’re now looking for a Fitness Operations Manager to join our business as an integral part of delivering our Fitness and PT strategy. This is a crucial and high-profile role for our business and will see you work closely with the Fitness Director, Head of PT Education and in-club Fitness Managers.
You will be responsible for the implementation and operations in the clubs, using data, analytics and a strategic approach. You will be working with the in-club Fitness teams and stakeholders across the wider business to develop new processes and procedures to support the success of our Fitness and PT proposition.
About the role
- With input from club Fitness team, lead the creation and updating of all Fitness and PT SOP’s and ensure standardised process and reporting.
- Development and management of the PT@POS process and all PT client lead management.
- Development of improved member journey, both digitally and in club
- Implementation of new products and pilots including fitness floor and zone design.
- Support Fitness Director to manage new club opening equipment budgets linked to equipment purchase.
- Partner with other leaders within the business to ensure the smooth flow of communication between key departments in order to enhance levels of member luxury experience.
With a strong operational background, the successful candidate will have a proven track record with data and analytics. A self-starter, with a passion for innovation and the ability to build strong working relationships, you’ll be the expert on all Fitness Product and processes.
About you
- Relevant operational experience, ideally in a fitness industry environment.
- Ideally experience of managing a P&L in club or centrally.
- Good understanding of data, Microsoft applications and Power BI.
- Experience in central role(s) in an organisation.
- Evidence of managing projects.
- Exceptional people / stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
