Shift pattern: Rotational, Any 5 of 7
Work Pattern: 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00
Salary: £28,000

- The role holder will be responsible for working in conjunction with the management team to drive high performance amongst their operational team and within their area of responsibility, they will also support the site management team in attainng and maintaining best in class performance for Health & Safety, EOS, individual and team development and Continuous Improvements.
- Deliver team member performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as appropriate. Alongside managing disciplinary's, grievances etc. in line with HR or site agreement policy.
- Support project process implementation/KPI setting for any new business within area of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Develop effective customer relationships through site visits and meetings; Stakeholder Management.
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels in area of own responsibility, to meet operational requirements.

- Logistics Supply Chain experience is Essential for this role.
- OMS experiences & CI Tools experience is desirable.
- Manufacturing Logistics experience is desirable.
- Project Management experience is advantageous.
