We are looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager (Full-time). You will be working for one of Scotland’s leading Indian street food restaurants. You are expected to be naturally confident at managing a large team, working within a brand and have pride and enthusiasm shaping and developing our Tuk Tuk crew! We offer a competitive salary and training opportunities to move within our expanding company.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in management/ supervisory role (Preferably within the hospitality industry)
Thrives on a busy and challenging environment and meeting sales targets
Enthusiastic with a great personality alongside with leadership skills.
A great love of Indian food and drinks.

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
