First Aid/Welfare Officer – Cameo and Myu, Bournemouth
REKOM UK are looking for a passionate First Aid/Welfare Officer at Cameo and Myu in Bournemouth.
Wednesday/Friday/Saturday nights (10.30pm-4am).

What can you do for us?
REKOM UK are looking for a First Aid/Welfare Officer who will assist the Management Team by ensuring the safety and wellbeing of guests whilst maintaining brand standards and values. To provide excellent guest service and providing a friendly, informative welcome to all guests.

REKOM UK is a national business that focuses on local decision making. With a HUB office support network, our management teams are given the full support to maximise their business performance.
· Offer an hourly salary of up to £12 per hour, depending on experience;
· You will join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK; and
· We will supply many support functions via our HUB office and senior management team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
· working as a member of the team in a designated first aid/medical area and providing help and assistance where required;
· ensuring that first aid/medical attention is provided, where possible, in the designated area;
· advising Venue Management of any guest that requires first aid/medical treatment;
· helping to advise Venue Management as to whether further medical treatment is required;
· logging accident/incident reports for any first aid/medical treatment provided;
· providing accident/incident reports to Venue Management at the end of each session to ensure these are stored safely, in line with GDPR regulations, in the office and on the back of house reporting system;
· regularly auditing first aid/medical and PPE supplies and advise Venue Management of anything that requires ordering;
· liaising with management to provide information to relevant authorities (police, paramedic) should it be required.
All applicants must be well presented, professional, a good communicator with excellent overall operational standards. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
This is a Part time and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration. Our team love what they do! We have a passion for providing an experience second to none.
