Location: Swansea Area
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 40 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Fire and Security Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Working as part of the GRAHAM Engineering Team, as one of the Fire and Security Multi-disciplined Engineers, you will be responsible for the completion of pre-planned maintenance to varying Fire and Security Systems. You will also complete any required remedial repairs encompassing either, Fire, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, or Access Control systems.

  • Responsible for the completion of Installation Works to varying Fire and Security Systems when required.

  • You will provide exceptional maintenance services to our high profile clients and deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas of your performance.

About You

Essential Criteria
  • City and Guilds or equivalent (NVQ Level 3) in installation of electrical/electronic equipment
  • Demonstrate at least 3 years previous relevant experience in a Multi-Disciplined Fire and Security role.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of installation all Fire and Security systems
  • Full UK drivers license
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of relevant Fire standards BS5839-1:2017, BS6266:2011, BS7273 and Security standards BS4737, PD6662 and DD243
  • Working knowledge of NACP
  • Able to participate in the company's on call rota
Desirable Criteria
  • Working knowledge of any of the following fire panels would be an advantage: C-Tec, GENT, Cooper Menvier, Siemens, Edwards, Ziton, Cerberus, Bell
  • Knowledge of any of the following Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV and Intercom using a range of equipment including: Galaxy, Paxton, Honeywell and Indigo Vision
