Begin with a two-week intensive program designed to equip you with essential trading skills.
Transition into a part-time or full-time position for a six-month duration, where you will apply your knowledge and continue to learn under the guidance of a dedicated supervisor.

Requirements:
Demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of financial trading.
A background in finance is highly preferred, with a degree in Finance being advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively navigate the complexities of trading.
A proactive and driven attitude, coupled with a passion for learning and growing in the financial industry.
Proficiency in English, with an upper-intermediate level or above, to ensure effective communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and concepts clearly.
