Life as our FP&A Manager at Peppy:
- Reporting to our SVP finance, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and business partnering at Peppy.
- Support on the monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual and long-term planning.
- You will prepare monthly financial update materials for the senior management teams to help leaders track performance against targets
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis to support strategic planning as needed
- Assisting senior leadership to identify strategic initiatives and execute projects to address opportunities/risks
- Run finance projects such as global standardisation, template creation and group reporting alignment
Our dream our FP&A Manager has:
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, modelling, strategy consulting, M&A, or financial analysis, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ideally CIMA or ACA qualified
- Extensive experience building detailed models and forecasts in a complex environment.
- Comfortable extracting and combining data from a variety of systems
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to think independently and draw conclusions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to draw insights from analysis and communicate plans
- Comfortable running complex projects with multiple stakeholders and confidently engaging with executive level leadership
- A team player who can work with stakeholders in other functions to achieve objectives
