  • Ensure testing conducted is to a high standard and reported via relevant oversight Committees
  • Take a lead role in implementing and embedding the Risk Management Framework

We are seeking a Financial Crime Systems Oversight Manager with detailed knowledge and understanding of current legislation, regulation, and guidance relating to one or more of AML, Sanctions, Ani-Corruption and Fraud (FCA Financial Crime Guide, JMLSG guidance, Money Laundering Regulations, UK Bribery Act 2010, Criminal Finances Act 2017, Contingent Reimbursement Model) and how these are applied in practice across the industry. You will also require:

  • Sound knowledge of relevant company systems and procedures and the ability to provide relevant challenges in a persuasive way to mitigate any risks
  • Able to prepare and write reports that measure the effectiveness of the controls operated by the 1st line, and the overall group performance against risk appetite

You'll receive an excellent salary and benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility. Benefits include:

  • Flexible and remote working
  • 27 days holiday rising to 30 days plus the opportunity to buy 5 extra days
  • Competitive pension/income protection/life assurance
