SureSwift Capital, a rapidly growing investment firm with a diverse digital portfolio, is seeking a talented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate with executive, finance and business unit teams to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and due diligence support. As a Financial Analyst, you will contribute to the overall financial success of the organization, supporting strategic planning and investment decisions. Your Daily Challenges

When we welcome you aboard we’ll introduce you to the Finance Team. These are the people you’ll work closely with day-to-day.

Once you get settled in, your activities will look something like this:

• Conduct comprehensive monthly analyses of financial performance, explaining variances between actuals, prior periods, and forecasts.
• Maintain forecasting models, including overall responsibility for financial modeling and roll-up portfolio forecasts.
• Support business unit leaders in the preparation of accurate, timely financial forecasts.
• Fulfill ad hoc financial modeling, analysis, and reporting requests to support decision-making.
• Provide due diligence support for potential acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support with measurement and analysis of non-financial KPIs.

Your Experience

• CPA or equivalent designation.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis with excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, with experience using advanced formulas, functions, and data analysis tools effectively.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with remote team collaboration preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite is an asset.

Your Compensation

Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is a full-time remote / work from home position.
