The wage range for this position is $55000 - $65000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

This is a Full Time position with Benefits.
This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the Tampa office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)

You are:

A Performance-driven Contributor who can execute day-to-day FP&A activities like forecasting and budgeting in a service delivery team. You are a Results-driven individual who will help provide the information to decision makers who will drive business results.

You will:

  • Preparing periodic budgets and plan templates

  • Preparing periodic financial forecasts templates

  • Performing P&L & B/S Variance Analysis

  • Monitor and track capital projects and budget spending

  • Measure financial returns on completed capital projects

  • Coordinate variance analysis of budget-to-actuals through cross-functional collaboration with Accounting

Your background:

As a FP&A Analyst, you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 1+ year of finance experience

  • Advanced experience with Excel

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment matrixed environment

  • Detail and deadline oriented

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B).

Preferred

  • SAP, Hyperion, SmartView, Anaplan, Oracle, or Essbase experience
