HubSpot is on a mission to help millions of organizations grow better – and here on our Strategic Sales Finance team, we're excited to be starting the search for a Senior Financial Analyst to help get us there. Being a high-growth SaaS company comes with some pretty cool challenges to tackle, and in this role you'll help us take on some of the biggest: How do we set annual revenue targets at a multibillion dollar public company? How do we think about Sales growth three, five, or ten years in the future? And how is our top-line performance today setting us up to deliver that success?

These are complex questions with even more complex answers, and you'll get to leverage your financial acumen, storytelling ability, and knack for modeling to help us find them. Here's what you can expect from this role:

• Financial modeling. This role requires strong forecasting skills, comfort working with new data, and a keen eye for logical structure.
• The opportunity to help shape HubSpot's growth trajectory. You'll be a key player in influencing the company's top-line revenue targets on both an annual and multi-year basis. This work is foundational to the company's overall strategic direction.
• Monthly business health responsibilities. You'll help us monitor business health, identify risks and opportunities, and share the story with Finance leaders.
• An emphasis on storytelling and analysis. You'll go one step further than building complex models and reporting on the numbers. You'll find the story behind them and present it in a simple, clear way.
• Honing executive presence. You'll be responsible for presenting recommendations to our Finance leadership as well as partnering with senior executives across the business to help land the numbers.

Here's what we're looking for:

• A track record of success. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of professional experience operating at a high level of excellence. Experience in tech FP&A or consulting is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and storytelling ability. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills are the table stakes of this position. Senior Analysts are also able to clearly communicate the story the numbers are telling.
• A knack for driver-based, logical thinking. We need someone who can take a lot of disparate data points and build clear frameworks to make sense of them. This is a critical skillset as we think about charting the company's future revenue growth.
• Strategic trailblazers. This role will often require stepping into uncharted territory, owning projects, and informing strategies that may not even be on our radars yet. (It's part of what makes working at a high-growth tech company so fun!) We're looking for someone who's excited by the opportunity to innovate.

Cash compensation range: 90400-135600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
