Your Role
You will support the transformation of care delivery for the organization by collaborating across internal teams to form robust financial and analytical insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving for complex financial solutions and modeling needs including, but not limited to: tracking ROI, forecasting performance for various aspects of Honest's business, helping to solve for business development needs, and/or developing sustainable spending budgets.
Primary Functions Include:
- Financial model creation and forecasting for various stakeholders and leaders across the business.
- Support and drive budget and cash forecasts for all of Honest's departments and leaders.
- Model and track ROI of clinical programs and Honest's market-level performance.
- Engage and collaborate across all Honest departments to build financial forecasts across all of Honest's lines of business.
- Prepare, create, and drive presentations to and for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate financial insights.
- Perform other related responsibilities as required.
How You Qualify

- Must have reliable access to high-speed internet to ensure seamless remote work communication and productivity
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business intelligence, or similar field required
- 1+ years of financial markets and/or consulting experience (or similar) with a focus on healthcare – or have been in a similar finance role at a healthcare institution
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills – willingness to learn new systems (if not already known), including PowerBI, Tableau, SQL
- Proven ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills with a history of tackling and solving complex challenges.
- Comfort with ambiguity yet unstoppable drive to create order out of chaos.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for digging into processes to better understand them and communicate the big picture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions
