Job description
We have an amazing opportunity for a Treasury/Finance Analyst to join the team based in Solihull. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, responsibilities include: processing day to day cash related transactions, downloading statements from Bank platform and reconciliations, corresponding internally/externally and working with the wider finance team and processing payments and assisting in managing Banking Platforms.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the maintenance of Cash book and reconciliation of bank accounts on a regular basis and investigation and resolution of reconciling items. You will be dealing with payments of expenses, one off BACS-CHAPS-Faster Payments and international transfers. You will be responsible for assisting in administration of banking platform and in monthly cash forecast. You will raise cash book journals for posting on Cash Ledger and do daily Cash Reporting. You will be required to do ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the Treasury Manager, & Group Financial Controller. You will support the Treasury Manager in the development and management of banking relationships.
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have back office Finance experience, dealing with payments and banking platforms. A good knowledge of Excel, doing pivot tables and V-look ups and a good attention to detail is essential for this role. This role would suit an ambitious individual keen to learn/develop their skill-set within Treasury.
