Our company’s reach is expanded through our affiliate companies – Cloud Capital, Dalian Development, and WindHQ. This position will be based in Washington, DC.

What The Role Entails

CloudHQ’s corporate finance team is seeking a motivated, self-starter to provide strategic, financial, and analytical support to our internal stakeholders. Someone who has successfully managed to work with minimal supervision and function in a team environment by effectively communicating and sharing information with people in other departments within the company.

What You Will Get to Do:

• Provide strategic, financial, and analytical support, through all stages of the development process for our data center and multi-property portfolio
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reporting to support project execution
• Work closely with Asset Management, the Finance team, Leasing, Operations, Construction and Development teams to provide financial support to achieve maximum value creation and assist in the evaluation and understanding of the overall financial performance of selected projects
• Participate in due diligence activities including title, valuation, survey, environmental, geotech, zoning analysis, market studies, etc.
• Support financing activities including preparing draw requests, cost certifications, financing applications and/or other lender requests
• Actively participate in the preparation of the annual budgets and quarterly reports for the assigned portfolio
• Author memoranda to communicate progress, project status and recommendations to senior management and investors
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested

What You Will Bring to The Role:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Able to work with minimal supervision and function in a team environment by effectively communicating and sharing information with people in other departments within the company
• Excellent analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Excel
• Experience with project scheduling software a plus
• Willingness to travel on occasion

Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess

Preferably a year of multi-family real estate investment, development or general contracting experience with a solid understanding of financial valuation concepts (financial ratios, IRR, NPV, etc.
