The role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant would suit a highly motivated sales professional who has proven experience building strong relationships and providing an excellent level of service to clients, either in a B2C or B2B environment.
What you will be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant…
· Building your desk within a specialised tech market
· Qualifying and vetting candidates for live positions
· Building relationships with new clients in the market
· Delivering the highest level of service to both clients and candidates
· Selling Explores services to potential clients to generate business
· Building a pipeline
· Working to KPIs and targets
What we need from you as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant…
- Experience working to Targets and KPIs
- Previously worked within a fast paced sales environment
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- The drive to succeed and progress
Salary and Benefits
· Competitive Salary - £22,500 rising to £25,000
· Uncapped commission/OTE
