The role

As a Commercial Finance Analyst in ANS, you will deliver the reporting and analysis needed by the business to monitor and manage its performance. You will own the data sources and deploying best in practice data handling techniques to efficiently deliver accurate reporting and analysis.

This opportunity is well suited to someone comfortable working within a business that is evolving at a rapid pace, and someone who enjoys data handling and visualisation to support a fast-paced business deliver the next phase of its journey. This is also perfect for somebody with the desire to build on and to innovate existing processes & procedures, rather than simply accepting the status quo!

What will I be doing?

  • Delivering recurring reporting and analysis to support the operational and go-to-market functions within the business, and the Senior Commercial Finance Managers who partner with them.
  • Owning the data sets and tools used to generate our reporting and analysis
  • Provision of ad hoc analysis to enable data-led decision making, and to proactively surface new insights through deeper analysis
  • Supporting the Group’s planning and forecasting through modelling the future performance of the Group’s delivery functions, overheads and associated cash flows.

What will I bring to the role?

  • Background in an analytical finance role, bringing best-in-class knowledge and skills of modern data handling, analysis and visualisation techniques.
  • Deep analytical mindset
  • Strong data-handling skillset, including with data-visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Strong presentation skills including both data-led visual presentation and oral presentation
  • Comfortable working within a business that is evolving at a rapid pace (i.e. changing processes/systems/structures)
  • An ability to build strong relationships throughout the organisation, leveraging these relationships to provide a deeper level of analytical insight.
