Finance Team. You will work on all accounting aspects to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of this business.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:
- Core oversight and financial control
- Bank general ledger postings
- Reconciliation of all finance operations control account balances to a month-end
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inbound and outbound cash flows.
- Completion of relevant reporting.
- Quarterly VAT Return
- Manage Accounts Assistant
- Support management in business continuity coverage
- Hands on general corporate accounting and financial record keeping.
- Ad-hoc finance analytics and finance projects.
- Reconciliation of operational/trading bank accounts
- Reconciliation of accounts on financial reporting system
- Maintain fixed assets register/ledgers.
- Maintaining the business plan and forecasts
- the preparation of VAT and tax returns
- Monthly payroll and related administration.
- Support function to other departments of the company such as: HR,
Operations and Sales.
Skills & Experience required:
- Industry experience within hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with working within UK SME
- Relevant experience in reconciling large volumes of financial data.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, including Pivot tables / and strong formula knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be able to work both individually and as part of a wider Finance team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to articulate clearly.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or similar financial qualification
- Cando attitude.
