Job Description
- Perform budgeting, planning, scheduling, and financial management (must understand financial analysis methods and must be conversant with financial topics). Manage the resources required for a project and follow-through with actuals such as spending (capital or expense) and labor (time tracking). Orchestrate the work of the entire project team. Prepare presentations, plans, and project artifacts to communicate IT project information. Act as facilitator for constructive meetings related to a project.
- Guide communications and organizational change. Since virtually all projects create change, the project manager must be a skillful leader and communicator for effective change. Work with IT service transition colleagues, user representative(s), business process owners, and others to ensure effective change

* Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures * Ability to research and analyze data effectively * Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Presentation skills * Ability to influence stakeholders * Excellent customer service orientation * Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships * Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task * Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines * Strong prioritization skills * Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically * Supervisory skills, including delegation, training and evaluating performance
