Job description
Our client is a large regional firm who is looking for an NQ solicitor to join the Banking and Corporate Teams. Our client’s Banking Team acts on behalf of international lenders, corporate borrowers, and private equity firms in a wide range of financial transactions. The successful candidate will be working closely alongside the Corporate Team, but their primary responsibilities will be working within the Banking Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: - Managing all allocated workloads - Maintain accurate personal billings and time recordings are met - Ensure personal objectives are completed and reviewed on time - Providing advice and updates to clients to keep them informed - Regularly review of Live matter reports, outstanding bills, debtors, WIP and client balances - Assist in the supervision and development of paralegals and trainees - Business development with existing and new clients The successful candidate will be a pro-active individual with a willingness to develop a good relationship with new and existing clients. The successful candidate will have some experience within a Banking Team at a reputable firm either during a training contact or a paralegal role. #G2JMS G2 Legal
