Finance Professional - Channel Strategy
- Tracking (directly and indirectly) of volume shifts, capex and opex spend
- Translating KPIs into financial performance vs the business case
- Challenging where corrective action is necessary to remain on course
- Strong links with Retail Finance, Sales and Service Finance and Trading to ensure changes to KPIs and volume shifts are understood, agreed and ultimately lead to TLR savings
- Feeding into and ensuring alignment with budget submissions, especially with Channel volume and shares used for resource planning and associated costs
- Ad hoc analysis / deep drives into areas related to the Digital Strategy to ultimately play back to stakeholders to steer the direction and performance
- Respond to Group Finance teams asks relating to Digital and Channel performance
- Support the Channel Strategy Finance Manager in Channel related business cases across BT Group
- Part-Qualified or working towards an accountancy qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excel skills with the ability to analyse data to conclude on next steps / recommendations
- Knowledge of business cases, drivers and ideas of how varying KPIs and inputs impact on financial outcomes
- Background in Commercial / Channel finance - preferable
