And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Finance Officer, Purchase Ledger to join our Finance team.
Title: Finance Officer, Purchase Ledger
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid between home and head office in Hampstead, London
Be part of the Purchase Ledger team and maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders by accurately processing invoices, payments and expenses, and responding to queries in a timely manner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The daily manual processing of purchase invoices and credit notes in Xledger accounting system
- Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
- Create the UK payment run reports in Xledger
- Enter ad hoc payments in Barclays online
- Coordinate with colleagues and share in the tasks of dealing with Finance post and monitoring the Finance mailbox.
- Supplier reconciliations
- Review Direct debit accounts to ensure all invoices are received
- To build good working relationships with department teams and external suppliers
- Respond to and deal with queries in a timely manner
- Ad hoc duties as they arise
- Comply with all Anthony Nolan Finance Policies and Procedures
