Position: Finance Officer

Salary: Up to £37.5k per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Reports to: Group Finance Controller

Location: Stratford, London plus home working

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Full Time Finance Officer at Ambulnz Community Partners. This is a key role within the UK Finance Department of Ambulnz UK Ltd reporting directly to the Group Finance Controller and providing the primary accounting lead for the Ambulnz Community Partners Ltd (ACP) subsidiary.

You will hold a recognised accounting qualification (AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent) and will have experience of all core accounting operations within an SME organisation, will possess good Excel and Microsoft Office skills, be a strong communicator and a team player.

Systems knowledge of Xero and Workday would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Core Duties and Accountabilities

  • Provide support and ensure all core accounting processes and controls are maintained (including Payables, Receivables, GL, Bank and all key reconciliations)
  • Ensure that process documents and SOX workflows are kept up to date
  • Meet all the DocGo (Parent Company) entity reporting requirements (Finance and non-Finance schedules) and support the business forecasting and budget processes
  • Ensure that all key controls and balance sheet reconciliations are performed, fully documented and appropriately signed off by all relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with all internal and external (Philippines/US Accounting Teams) stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required
