Barnes Roffe Recruitment has partnered with a professional coaching company in their search for a Finance Manager. The company is highly successful and the role offers huge flexibility with the successful candidate being able to work from home.
As Finance Manager, you will submit reports to the CEO with accurate and insightful management information to provide key analysis to enable the company to make good decisions. This will involve not just financial performance in the past and present, but also forecasting.
Candidate requirements:
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excel and modelling
- Knowledge of statutory accounting
- Ability to delegate and manage the work of other accounting staff
- Experience of sales and purchase ledgers
- Creating and monitoring budgets Experience with annual auditing process
- Accounting qualification is preferred but not essential
