Job description
The Finance Manager role in Capital and Financial Accounting is a newly created post to enhance the financial governance and support the Trust offers to its capital project leads. The Trust is part of the Governments New Hospitals Building Programme and is also developing plans to implement a new Electronic Patient Record application, the combined value of which is forecast to be circa £500m.
The post offers the successful candidate the opportunity to continue to shape the capital and financial accounting processes of the Trust and to influence the development of strategic and detailed capital plans and ensuring those capital plans are delivered on time and within budget.
You will also be responsible for the preparation and delivery of the Trust's monthly and annual financial information to the Trust's Regulators.
