Finance Manager

Duties:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Manage the company's cash flow and optimize working capital
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and provide financial guidance
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial position

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results

Salary: £30,000.00-£47,500.00 per year
