FP&A Manager (12 month FTC)
Treatwell is recruiting for an FP&A Manager on a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity leave. You will be at the front lines of an exciting growth phase in the company, lead on the FP&A consolidation, management reporting, budget & forecasting for the group and thirteen operating markets. Supporting our key stakeholders, you will drive the business forward in providing impactful reporting and actionable insights to help achieve our business and financial objectives.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Controlling and working closely with other members of the Finance Team, you’ll be the financial point of contact for our business partners throughout the company. You will be responsible for:
- Monthly departmental and country month-end process
- Variance analysis vs budget / reforecast / prior year
- Preparation and presentation of monthly reporting packages
- Modelling and forecasting costs through tight alignment with business partners and a keen eye on cost drivers
- Quarterly forecasting cycles
- Annual budget planning cycles
- Supporting and empowering business partners to keep within budget
- Ad Hoc reporting for business partners
- Various projects that contribute to our team and company OKRs
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with ideally around 2/3 years post qualified experience
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, financial planning and budgeting
- Advanced level in Excel with strong financial/business and data analysis skills
- Great teammate with the ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with energy, passion and drive
- Inspiring self-starter, bright, ambitious and conscientious with good attention to detail and high standards
- Ability to deliver results against timelines while managing multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communicator; able to deliver complex ideas clearly and commercially (written, verbal & through reporting)
- Critical evaluation and analytical skills with the ability to challenge stakeholders, while building strong relationships
- Mid-range accounting systems experience; ideally would have used Netsuite One World, Solution7 and Looker
- Fluent in English
