MANAGE THE BUDGETING/FORECASTING PROCESS BY REVIEWING DATA INPUTS FROM FUNCTIONAL FINANCE COLLEAGUES AND WORKING WITH HYPERION ADMINISTRATOR TO ENSURE INPUTS ARE CONVERTED CORRECTLY TO REVENUES / EXPENSES
OWNERSHIP FOR CERTAIN FORECAST ITEMS (E.G., STOCK OPTION EXPENSE, ROYALTY INCOME, DEFERRED REVENUE AMORTIZATION, TAX EXPENSE, FULLY DILUTED SHARE COUNT, BALANCE SHEET, CASH FLOWS, ETC)
PREPARE BOARD PRESENTATIONS AND MONTHLY/QUARTERLY ACTUAL VS FORECAST REPORTS
CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE REPORTS/PRESENTATIONS TO HELP SENIOR LEADERS QUICKLY UNDERSTAND FINANCIAL TRENDS, DRIVERS AND BUSINESS INSIGHTS
PROVIDE ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR FINANCIAL GUIDANCE TO INVESTOR COMMUNITY
SUPPORT CORPORATE STRATEGY DEPARTMENT TO MAINTAIN LONG RANGE PLAN MODEL
WORK WITH INVESTOR RELATIONS TO PROVIDE ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR EARNINGS CALL SCRIPTS
WORK CROSS FUNCTIONALLY WITH ACCOUNTING AND TAX TO ENSURE LATEST PRONOUNCEMENTS / REGULATIONS ARE ACCURATELY REFLECTED IN THE FORECAST
AD HOC MODELING/ANALYTICAL PROJECTS (E.G., IMPACT OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTION ON INTEGRATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, KEY METRICS)
CONTINUOUSLY EVALUATE EXISTING PROCEDURES AND SYSTEMS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE FORECASTING ACCURACY AND EFFICIENCY
