• MANAGE THE BUDGETING/FORECASTING PROCESS BY REVIEWING DATA INPUTS FROM FUNCTIONAL FINANCE COLLEAGUES AND WORKING WITH HYPERION ADMINISTRATOR TO ENSURE INPUTS ARE CONVERTED CORRECTLY TO REVENUES / EXPENSES

• OWNERSHIP FOR CERTAIN FORECAST ITEMS (E.G., STOCK OPTION EXPENSE, ROYALTY INCOME, DEFERRED REVENUE AMORTIZATION, TAX EXPENSE, FULLY DILUTED SHARE COUNT, BALANCE SHEET, CASH FLOWS, ETC)

• PREPARE BOARD PRESENTATIONS AND MONTHLY/QUARTERLY ACTUAL VS FORECAST REPORTS

• CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE REPORTS/PRESENTATIONS TO HELP SENIOR LEADERS QUICKLY UNDERSTAND FINANCIAL TRENDS, DRIVERS AND BUSINESS INSIGHTS

• PROVIDE ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR FINANCIAL GUIDANCE TO INVESTOR COMMUNITY

• SUPPORT CORPORATE STRATEGY DEPARTMENT TO MAINTAIN LONG RANGE PLAN MODEL

• WORK WITH INVESTOR RELATIONS TO PROVIDE ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR EARNINGS CALL SCRIPTS

• WORK CROSS FUNCTIONALLY WITH ACCOUNTING AND TAX TO ENSURE LATEST PRONOUNCEMENTS / REGULATIONS ARE ACCURATELY REFLECTED IN THE FORECAST

• AD HOC MODELING/ANALYTICAL PROJECTS (E.G., IMPACT OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTION ON INTEGRATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, KEY METRICS)

• CONTINUOUSLY EVALUATE EXISTING PROCEDURES AND SYSTEMS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE FORECASTING ACCURACY AND EFFICIENCY
