Our client is a well established and growing business located in the Bicester area. They have a new permanent requirement in their Accounts team for a Finance Manager.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- The preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Business partnering with the senior management team.
- Journals, prepayments, accruals and reconciliations.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
- Systems administration.
- Variance analysis.
- Cashflow management.
- Sales analysis and reporting.
- Inter-company reconciliations and expenses.
- Improving processes and procedures.
- Managing and motivating a small team.
Candidates that apply should ideally be qualified with strong management accounting experience at a supervisory level. You must be able to lead and motivate a small team, possess strong systems and Excel skills, be an excellent communicator, analytically minded with excellent attention to detail.
On offer is a base salary of 55-65k (depending on experience), good benefits and hybrid working.
