Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll have overall responsibility for the leadership of our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Financial Systems teams; ensuring that they're delivering efficient and adaptive financial services that meet the needs of the stakeholders and support the organisational strategy.
Driving force behind the maintenance and improvement of strong financial compliance, robust financial controls and informed decision making; working closely with the wider finance team and other organisational stakeholders to elevate the use of analytics and embed key indicators to instil a culture of compliance, performance and excellence.
The Successful Applicant
- Achieved fully qualified Accountant status (ACMA / ACCA / ACA / CA / CIPFA).
- Proven experience of effectively leading and managing high-performing transactional finance teams.
- Experience of managing financial systems.
- Experience of managing and developing robust, organisation wide financial controls.
- The ability to influence a range of business stakeholders up to senior Director level.
