Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our small Finance team. The role will report directly to the Finance Director and will include the day to day running of the finance department, supporting both the Operational teams and Development teams, process and oversee all aspects of the Accounts Payable function including but not limited to;
Weekly and monthly payment runs, reviewing, coding and matching invoices to purchase orders.- Processing employee expenses
- Follow up on supplier invoice/expense queries and statement reconciliations.
- Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner based on due dates and payment terms.
- Adding new suppliers and upkeep of suppliers’ data, including call backs to confirm bank details.
- End to end management of the Accounts Payable function;
- Invoices are raised in a timely manner ensuring the correct name, address and details based on each supplier’s requirements.
- Chasing payment, matching invoices/payments and reconciling client accounts.
- Monthly reporting showing the aged debt by client.
- Should be familiar with SAGE 50 Accounts, BrightPay, and Excel
- P2D
Daily Income Audit;
- Check and balance of the revenue postings from the various systems to the accounting system.
- Daily and weekly postings of Journals
General Finance Administration;
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Registers for each property.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Management of the finance inboxes.
- Support to the Senior Finance team and other department heads.

Although full training and support will be given, you should have at least 4 years experience working in a finance team within a hospitality environment.
