A little bit about you
We are looking for a qualified accountant with relevant experience in a management or financial accounting role who is able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record and passion for managing people, along with skill in developing and influencing external stakeholder relationships.
If you feel you have the skills to make a real impact and contribute to creating lasting social change for children and families, we would love to hear from you!
We have increased the diversity of Frontline’s workforce in the last 12 months, but we need to do more to have greater racialised minority representation. We know the value racialised minority voices bring and therefore, we are strongly encouraging applicants from these backgrounds to apply. We are also a disability confident employer and welcome applicants with disabilities. We ensure diverse shortlists for all our roles so when prompted, we would encourage you to share this information with us if you feel comfortable to do so.
Please let us know how we can make the recruitment process more accessible for you (like asking for the job pack in a different format, for example) by emailing our People team.
