Our Nuclear Graduate Scheme fundamentally aims to ensure we are recruiting, developing, deploying and retaining a pool of talent made up of future leaders and technical experts that will meet the needs of the future business.
During your 2 years as a Nuclear Graduate trainee you will work on various nuclear projects throughout the UK, completing multiple project placements, before transitioning into an engineering role within Altrad Babcock to support both business needs and continue to develop your individual aspirations.
You’ll be supported by mentors through our graduate scheme who will also support your Chartership journey.

The minimum entrance requirement for our Nuclear Graduate Scheme is a 2:2 honours degree qualification in either a numerate, science or engineering specialism.
