As a business we have stuck together, our culture, known as our orange spirit, is a real thing - it’s people who love to work with fast paced, quick thinking and energetic people.
We are on the lookout for a Senior Finance Manager to join us on a permanent basis, focusing on Engineering & Maintenance.
Reporting into the Head of Operations Finance, this role is crucial within the team, as it involves taking full financial ownership of all Engineering and Maintenance related costs. This role involves acting as a business partner, bridging the gap between your business stakeholders and the financial performance of easyJet. You will work closely with the Accounting & Controls team to support all month-end and accounting activities related to E&M, this includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, adherence to accounting standards, and compliance with internal controls. Your oversight ensures the financial data is reliable and supports decision-making processes. You will be the subject matter expert to the Senior Operations Team Leaders regarding the use of financial insight and analysis to drive business performance and delivery – whilst understanding easyJet’s strategic & operating plans to then develop approaches to support decision making across all aspects of business performance.
